Common questions about infrastructure, hardware, notifications, data security and use cases.
Youreye is an AI-powered health & safety and security platform. It integrates with the CCTV cameras already on site and runs in real time, alerting the relevant teams to unsafe behaviour and risky situations to help prevent incidents.
Youreye only requires your cameras to be IP cameras. If you're using existing cameras, a minimum resolution of 720p is required.
You'll need a recording server where the camera footage is stored. Server requirements vary depending on the number of cameras managed and how many Youreye modules you use.
Youreye can run on-premise or in the cloud. We'll guide you to the setup that best fits your preference.
The platform doesn't use personal information in its image-processing pipeline; it processes footage containing risk and stores it only in a secure area accessible to you. The system operates in compliance with data protection regulations, including GDPR.
We serve a wide range of industries, including manufacturing, mining, textiles, food & beverage, retail, energy/oil & gas, automotive, and transport & logistics.
We cover scenarios such as slips and falls, spills and leaks, working-at-height risks, fire, electrical hazards, worker–machine interaction, ergonomics, chemical handling, falling/struck-by objects, crush incidents and vehicle collisions.
The footage of the moment is shown on the platform, and your team can be alerted in real time via the Youreye Dashboard, Telegram, WhatsApp or email.
The system operates at over 95% accuracy on average. This can improve further shortly after initial setup as the model is tuned to your site's footage.
